Jared W. McLuskey graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance major. There, as President of the Florida State Business Student Allocation Committee, he found his passion for advocacy while competing against other FSU organizations before the Senate.
Jared earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009 with an emphasis in Litigation. During law school Mr. McLuskey was on the Dean’s List and along with competing in Moot Court and Mock Trial competitions, received a Top Advocate Award.
Prior to joining McLuskey, McDonald & Hughes PA, Jared worked as trial lawyer with the Broward County Public Defender’s Office in the felony division. Since graduating, he has helped countless clients return home to their families.
Jared is a member in good standing with the Florida State Bar and has taken his experience and passion for the law into the civil arena. He currently practices throughout South Florida in all types of insurance law, commercial litigation, personal injury, construction litigation and other civil matters.
