Congratulations to James E. McDonald who was elected to Seat 3 on the Village Council.  Council member Ross, who was re-elected to Seat 1, and Council member-elect McDonald will be sworn in at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11th at the Pinecrest Municipal Center
